I am from East St. Louis Illinois. I moved to Georgia in 1999 to attend college. I attended Morris Brown College in Atlanta and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education. I have taught for four years.

Teaching is a great passion of mine. I love to instill a love of learning into each individual child. It is such a joy for me to watch the children learn and grow right before my eyes. I love working with children and I will continue to strive to be a positive influence in their lives.

I have a husband Clarence Pridgen, two daughters Paris, 2 and Amariah 5; and a son Roemello, 13.

My hobby was running track before having children of my own, which I still do love to watch.

I was brought up in Iraq and went through high school in Syria.

I hold a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Georgia State University.

I have taught Chemistry, Math, Arabic, Quran and Religious studies to children.
